I'm a sufferer of depressive disorders and panic attacks. It takes everything I have each day just to get up and be relatively productive. Although almost everything appears to be well with my life, the truth is it is a day to day survival with little thought of actually getting healthier. 1. Participate in Your Treatment
You shouldn't sit back and expect relief to come by itself! You have to continue to be active and tuned in to your mind and body's reactions to treatment. You should be ready and willing to ask any and every question and also to address each and every concern you have with your health care provider. 2. Be Patient
